Painting Tradition is still on!

Hello guys by the title  “Painting Tradition is still on!” itself suggest that in this blog we are going to see about the traditions. Well, I’m here to tell you, people, something new and creative. These days we find various people performing different arts. One of the most common art streams is painting. Yes, painting..! For painting, people can find different mediums available in the market which helps artists to achieve their goals.

It is probably safe to say that a great majority of us whether we are art connoisseurs or not come across horse painting at least once in our lives. Now that you think about it, it was perhaps more than one time too because the truth is that painting of horses is among the most common artwork there. We are talking about an entire history of equine arts, going back thousands of year, delivering a fascinating visual homage to this animal.

As an artist from all around the world have found artists have depicted them as gloriously as they possibly could.
We can still see the tradition of horse painting is still on…
As mentioned above that to perform art in people have the variety of choices through which they can achieve their goals. One of the most popular medium used is the pastels. A pastel is an art medium in the form of a stick consisting of pure powdered pigment and a binder.

Pastels have been used by artists since the Renaissance and gained considerable popularity in the 18th century when a number of notable artists made pastels their primary medium.
Pastels can also be found in various different forms. But here let me tell you one of the pastel forms soft pastels.
Soft pastels are the most widely used form of pastels .the stick have a higher portion of pigment and less binder resulting in a brighter color. The drawing can be readily smudged and blended but it results in a higher proportion of dust. Finished drawing with soft pastels require protecting either framing under glass or spray with a fixative to prevent smudging.
Here I am presenting one of my artwork performed by Soft pastels and also you can see that the tradition is still on…..Yes, painting of a horse by soft pastels.
